**A sneaky post from the staff

Sydney’s lockdown has coincided with our planned staff training day, which means no exotic off-site location for us.

To compensate, Sarah surprised each staff member with a delivery of yummy baked goods to each of our homes for our training over Zoom this morning since we are all working remotely.

We asked some of the staff to take pictures of their delivery!

The day was a success, and a great chance to stop, reflect, workshop and learn from each other.

One of our main focal points of discussion was the progress of Arbitration, Mediation and Collaborative Law as an alternative to Court.  In COVID times, we are seeing even more interest in these areas of Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR).  With a number of our lawyers also being qualified mediators, arbitrators and collaborative lawyers, we aim to be able to provide the most effective and suitable options for our clients.
